Wonderful, Just Anthony Mascolo

Yesterday was a very shocking and wonderful day in my life.
One student cried. Another had the chance to appear on stage. We were all caught up in the energy and excitement in our industry and came home exhausted, a little poorer and very encouraging.

This weekend the whole school went to Chicago to participate in the exhibition American Beauty - seven students, three friends, seven directors and certain family members.

Our students eat their first hair show.

We Tigi long standing in the living room.

Our expert cosmetic, Jeff, make-up artist with TIGI, showed on stage in the morning.

He focused on the eye opening with a disarming technique, while two designers display their interpretations of technical headboard and a color technician showed a technique for color headboard. We then had the chance to visit the backstage preparation. It's about who you know, right?

While behind the scenes, had two of our students the opportunity to volunteer for a hair style later in the day, if necessary, and Anjillian was chosen to be on the platform of the post-Tigi noon - very exciting!

She got a haircut and color based on the headboard Remix "Claire". The cup is designed by Zak Mascolo and color of Sarah Brookes. It has a small clip below break style. The color is a very light blonde.

While working, the rest of us explored the miles apparent trade show booths and a platform for the demonstrations before making our way to the "moving picture" by Tigi runway show in ABS. This was perhaps the thing most of us more excited - to see the creativity Tigi put in a show and see it in action what they have learned.

Oh yeah, and did I mention Anthony Mascolo was the show? Time winning several British Hairdresser of the year, the creative brain, a photographer and one of the founders of our society (if one of the reasons why it ended in the industry, literally), Anthony demonstrated for the first time last of their techniques, graffiti hair. His wife, Pat, complete the makeup for the model.

The same show was awesome, just pure energy, and the lights and colors and their hair very beautiful, very beautiful women.

Presentation B men was great for all women in the audience (and some of these men, I'm sure). For who can resist the boys in suits? Too delicious for sure. The really incredible - as in breathtaking - the segment was when one of the models who made a circus of Solei-type routine with two ribbons of type string and perform ballet and gymnastics elements. It was incredible.

One of the students used the Graffiti hair as inspiration for his latest project adv ant guard and kept talking about how she could not wait to meet Anthony Mascolo. I continued to tell her she should see, but probably not meet him.

I was wrong.

As some of us had "Moving Image" had a door behind the scenes that opened and left Pat and Anthony. We were able to greet and take a picture, but do not want to impose too.

And yet ... students could not stop smiling.

Amanda, Karissa, Kristin and Pat and Anthony Mascolo

When students comes into classroom, we all konw that the show has its meaning. All of them seemed have enough inspiration and energy to get through the last jounery, the next few monthes of the classes.
